Lago Lumini brought together very different types of content: premium land positioning, infrastructure and documentation, lake-side lifestyle, individual lots, regional location, video, FAQs and direct WhatsApp conversion. The challenge was making all of that feel like one coherent experience.
01
The challenge
Real-estate pages can easily become either visually aspirational but vague, or technically complete but difficult to navigate. This project needed both sides: enough emotion to communicate the place and enough structure for someone considering a real purchase.
02
The approach
I organized the page as a guided sequence — positioning, differentiators, visual proof, lots, location, surrounding context, questions and contact. Repeated conversion points were integrated without turning the experience into a constant sales interruption.
03
The build
The front-end was developed as a responsive experience with motion, media, map/location context and multiple content formats. It is a useful example of how I connect design, development and a commercial objective in the same project.
